This position will work closely with architects, business analysts, Power Platform developers, and government stakeholders to deliver new functionality and support ongoing modernization efforts.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server database solutions supporting mission-critical business processes.\nCreate and modify complex stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and other database objects.\nImplement database security controls including Row-Level Security (RLS), Security Predicates, and secure data access patterns.\nAnalyze and tune SQL Server performance, query execution plans, indexing strategies, and database workloads.\nDevelop and maintain .NET Web APIs that provide secure access to application data and services.\nSupport Azure-hosted application components including Azure App Services and Azure Function Apps.\nImplement authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory and Azure App Registrations.\nCollaborate with solution architects and technical leads on application enhancements, modernization initiatives, and roadmap activities.\nParticipate in code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, testing, deployment, and production support activities.\nSupport system integration efforts with Microsoft Power Platform and other enterprise applications.\nDevelop technical documentation, implementation guidance, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and continuous improvement activities.\n\nWhat You Will Need\n\nU.S. Citizenship.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD \"public trust\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
