This is a crucial role that requires hands-on project management to ensure our network expansion is executed efficiently, safely, and on budget.\nResponsibilities\nDrive construction projects to completion within defined priorities, scope, schedules, and budgets.\nLead projects through the full lifecycle: design, estimating, procurement, construction, and closeout.\nManage vendor and subcontractor relationships.\nCoordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.\nManage timelines and constraints with clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders.\nProvide regular schedule and project status updates.\nIdentify and manage project risks—including schedule impacts, scope gaps, weather delays, material shortages, equipment issues, and manpower needs—and develop mitigation plans.\nCollaborate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders.\nChampion company safety initiatives and model a commitment to an injury-free workplace.\nConduct on-site visits to identify issues and support real-time problem-solving.\nRequirements\n4+ years experience working in a construction, construction project manager position, OR or general leadership experience\nProven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.\nIn-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nFamiliarity with relevant software and tools for project management and construction oversight.\nA strong commitment to safety and compliance.\nWhy Join Socket Fiber?\nAt Socket Fiber, we're redefining what it means to connect communities.
