Training & Development: Develop management teams and manage career growth and standards. Strategic Initiative Management: Lead execution of company programs and collaborate with marketing and recruiting functions.Business Planning: Analyze and improve restaurant operations and financial performance.Marketing Collaboration: Drive sales through effective restaurant and brand marketing strategies.Financial Accountability: Oversee budget planning and financial performance to maximize profitability.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred. Minimum 18 months multi-unit management experience (fast food or casual dining preferred) or 12-18 months as Wingstop General Manager with proven success. Strong knowledge of QSR/Fast Casual operations including risk, talent, facilities, and financial acumen. Proficient in analyzing profit & loss, staffing, labor laws, food safety, and health regulations.
