Summary / Objective The Commercial Underwriter examines, evaluates, and makes recommendations on loan files for commercial real estate, secured term loans, lines of credit, SBA and commercial construction loans. This role may include limited loan approval authority and plays an important part in developing and supporting loan production and credit administration across the bank.
