About The RoleJoin Shopify as the Pipeline Marketing Lead for Cross-Sell initiatives, spearheading strategies to optimize product adoption among existing merchants. Capitalize on a $100B+ cross-sell opportunity by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive significant impact on product adoption and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Craft and implement cross-sell marketing strategies to grow Shopify product adoption.Direct the creation and execution of comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies.Leverage Shopify’s data resources to refine marketing strategies for distinct merchant segments, maximizing impact and efficiency.Integrate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion rates and overall revenue.Develop region-specific initiatives to boost market penetration and maximize global cross-sell opportunities.Oversee campaign tactics to cultivate sales leads into long-term merchants.Conduct frequent analysis on program performance to scale efforts for an efficient marketing mix and achieve KPIs.Optimize campaigns and messaging through A/B testing and data analysis.Analyze campaign metrics and present recommendations.Communicate learnings and results with stakeholders on a regular cadence.Qualifications:Highly experienced in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in developing, managing, and executing multi-channel campaigns.Proficiency in marketing automation and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft).Familiarity with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and SQL.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for demand marketing and willingness to build solutions hands-on.Comfort with data, reporting, and identifying opportunities.Ability to thrive in chaos, resolve ambiguity, and be solutions-oriented.Collaborative decision-making skills with a "get shit done" attitude.Experience in international markets and working with Salesforce and analytics tools.Proven ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects and rally teams behind solutions.About ShopifyOpportunity is not evenly distributed.
