Field Manager

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Conducting field audits, walkthroughs, and site visits to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to scopes of work. Providing on-site mentoring and support to Personal Builders and Assistant Personal Builders to promote consistency and development. Monitoring job sites and neighborhoods to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall quality standards are met. Reviewing and maintaining scopes of work and communicating updates with field teams and trade partners. Supporting trade partner relations, including coaching new partners and assisting with framing schedules and field questions. Leading and supporting process improvement efforts, including team meetings focused on quality, defect reduction, and operational improvements. Assisting with product and neighborhood audits and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Partnering with internal teams to address field concerns, customer issues, and warranty items as needed. Participating in team meetings and supporting department goals and operational priorities. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing consistent follow-through. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and/or 10+ years of related construction experience is preferred. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and current OSHA certification are required.
