Kennedy International Airport Terminal 8Duty Free Sales Associate Responsibilities:Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skillsDeliver the highest of Customer Service standards that exceeds customer expectations, and act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experienceMaintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking of the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the storeOperate a cash register efficiently, including Credit Card transactionsFollow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention proceduresInform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issuesProtect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroomKeep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trashPerform other related tasks as neededRequired Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAt least 6 months of luxury retail experienceAbility to interact with diverse personalitiesAbility to stand for the duration of a shiftCapability to lift 40-60 poundsAvolta, including Dufry, HMSHost Corporation, Hudson, and affiliates ("the Company"), is an equal opportunity employer.
