As a senior technical contributor, you will solve complex engineering challenges, influence architectural decisions, and ensure technical excellence across multiple product teams.\n\nWorking within a Product Operating Model, you will partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to transform product vision into secure, reliable, and cloud-native solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building modern applications, driving technical innovation, and influencing engineering practices without direct people management responsibilities.\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications.\nPartner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering Leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nSolve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality software across multiple product teams.\nInfluence application architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.\nDevelop secure, maintainable, and performant APIs, services, and user interfaces.\nBuild and enhance cloud-native applications using modern engineering principles.\nDevelop integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.\nParticipate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.\nChampion software quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.\nTroubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.\nContribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, development processes, and technical documentation.\nStay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product delivery.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent Product Operating Model experience will also be considered.\n5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.\nExperience developing and integrating within a Salesforce environment\nProven experience developing applications using one or more of the following:\nJava\nNode.js\nReact or Python\nExperience designing and building cloud-native applications and distributed systems.\nStrong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment strategies.\nExperience developing and integrating solutions within a Salesforce environment.\nStrong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern software architecture patterns.\nExperience with source control systems such as Git and Agile software development methodologies.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-impact environments.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nCompany Overview:\n\nBaer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
