The Details: Primary Locations: Fishers & Carmel, IN Secondary Location: Greenfield, IN Other Locations as Needed: Muncie, IN Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift Pay Range: $36.00 - $49.00/hr (Final determination based on relevant experience) Why You'll Love This Role: Paid Specialty Training: No prior dialysis experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know to become a highly skilled acute dialysis RN. Dynamic & Autonomous: Enjoy a varied schedule where no two days are exactly the same. You'll rotate through different high-acuity hospital units and facilities, adapting quickly to patient needs. (Note: Schedules change based on patient needs and include regular/on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays). Advanced Clinical Delivery: Master and deliver complex inpatient therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. Team Collaboration: Partner with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff to monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes. You'll also oversee patient care with the support of dedicated Patient Care Technicians (PCTs). What You Bring to the Team: Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is a huge plus, but not required! CNN/CDN certification preferred.
