HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position involves installing, servicing, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a variety of environments Responsibilities: Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems Service and maintain equipment including: Air handlers (AHUs) Chillers Cooling towers Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs) Split systems and heat pumps VAV systems Boilers and commercial water heaters Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency Inspect equipment, identify issues, and recommend repairs or system replacements Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose system issues Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all safety policies and procedures, especially in hospital and sensitive environments Qualifications: EPA Certification (required) Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and repair Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues quickly and accurately Experience reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting controls systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Clean background record (required for hospital work) If you meet the qualifications and have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
