In this role, you will develop and manage client relationships while identifying staffing needs and securing new job opportunities for our recruiting team. Daily responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, qualifying job requirements, negotiating rates and terms, and partnering closely with recruiters to deliver qualified engineering talent to client organizations.
