This role is responsible for data extraction, transformation, and reporting enablement, partnering closely with analytics leadership to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across dashboards and recurring analyses.While the SQL Analyst reports directly to the Senior Manager, they will support analytics work across both senior‑led enterprise initiatives and manager‑led channel analytics, operating within a clearly prioritized and structured intake model.This is an execution‑focused role designed to reduce manual reporting burden on senior analytics resources, while enabling faster, more reliable access to data across DTC, CRM, Retail, Brand, Affiliate, and Finance‑adjacent use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesData Extraction & Reporting EnablementWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract, join, and transform data from the enterprise data warehouse and downstream sourcesBuild and maintain Power BI datasets, views, and recurring reports used across Marketing and enterprise stakeholdersSupport standardized dashboards for:DTC and CRM analyticsRetail, Brand, and Affiliate performanceEnterprise and Finance‑adjacent reporting needsAnalytics Execution SupportProvide data pulls, QA, and validation to support:Senior‑led enterprise, customer cluster, and Finance‑support analysesManager‑led channel analytics for Retail, Brand, and AffiliatesExecute reporting and analysis requests routed through analytics leadership, ensuring alignment with defined prioritiesSupport CRM and DTC analytics execution (email engagement, campaign performance, website testing data) under senior guidanceData Quality & DocumentationPerform routine data quality checks and identify anomalies or inconsistenciesDocument datasets, metric definitions, and reporting logic to support scalability and self‑serviceMaintain shared tables and views leveraged across Analytics and Finance teamsCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Senior Manager and Manager to deliver consistent, trusted analytics outputsPartner with Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business needsAble to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable next steps for non-technical audiencesComfortable presenting analyses and communicating insights to stakeholders with varying levels of technical fluencySupport alignment across teams by using standardized definitions and approved data sourcesRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data analyst roleBachelor's degreeAdvanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, aggregations, window functions), with BigQuery preferredHands‑on experience building or supporting dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools)Experience working with large, relational datasets in a data warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and data validation disciplinePreferred QualificationsProficiency in Python or R for data analysis and exploratory analyticsFamiliarity with machine learning models and their application within business and performance measurement contextsDemonstrated experience applying statistical concepts in performance measurement, including randomized controlled trials, hypothesis testing and power analysesExperience supporting Marketing, CRM, or DTC analytics (email, lifecycle, web, campaign performance)Familiarity with customer‑level data, cohorts, and segmentation conceptsExperience partnering with Finance or FP&A teams on data validationExposure to ETL tools or analytics engineering frameworks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran)Salary Range: $65,600 - $105,000The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting.
