Location: South Florida (Onsite-Weston FL)Reports To: Founder & CEO About UsSocial-Kraft is an AI-powered marketing solutions partner helping organizations accelerate growth through marketing strategy, AI enablement, executive branding, marketing operations, and business transformation. Our ecosystem includes multiple brands and initiatives spanning AI solutions, marketing consulting, talent solutions, executive thought leadership, podcasting, and strategic partnerships. Today, we work with organizations ranging from growing businesses to enterprise companies, helping them solve challenges related to growth, talent, AI adoption, marketing effectiveness, and brand visibility. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to help drive new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and support growth across our portfolio of brands and services. Position OverviewThe Growth & Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in expanding our network, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting revenue growth across Social-Kraft and affiliated business initiatives. This individual will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and help create conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, business development, and creating opportunities through meaningful connections. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentResearch and identify prospective clients and target accounts.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.Conduct LinkedIn, email, and networking outreach.Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings for leadership.Support proposal development and sales follow-up efforts.Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.Strategic PartnershipsBuild relationships with industry associations, chambers, executive communities, referral partners, and industry influencers.Identify partnership, sponsorship, and co-marketing opportunities.Develop relationships that create recurring business opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, technology, HR, and business leadership communities.Networking & Event RepresentationRepresent the company at local and national networking events, conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and client functions.Attend industry events to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.Support conference planning, sponsorship activations, and event follow-up efforts.Build relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, podcast guests, and industry leaders through in-person networking.Occasionally travel for conferences, client meetings, business development initiatives, and company events.Growth InitiativesIdentify opportunities for AI consulting, marketing consulting, executive branding, and talent solutions.Help drive awareness of our services and thought leadership initiatives.Support the growth of the Next in Line Podcast through strategic relationship building.Assist in identifying speaking engagements and business development opportunities.Qualifications2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, recruiting, staffing, account management, or another client-facing role.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable engaging with executives, founders, and decision-makers.Experience with LinkedIn networking and outbound outreach.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Interest in AI, marketing, business growth, and emerging technologies.Bachelor's degree preferred.Ideal CandidateYou are:Relationship-drivenCurious and proactiveEntrepreneurialResourcefulCoachableOrganizedComfortable networkingExcited by innovation, AI, and growthYou enjoy meeting people, opening doors, creating opportunities, and helping businesses grow.
