Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job.Properly and safely load and unload raw material in CNC machinery.Use measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.Perform tool wear offsets.Conduct daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.Utilize and abide by ISO requirements and safety procedures.Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (mills, grinders, etc.)Ability to learn CAMWorks software integrated with SolidWorks.Ability to use precision tools (e.g., calipers) to take accurate measurementsUnderstand and have the ability to perform tool wear offsetsAbility to read blueprints, schematics and manualsHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset.U.S. Citizen or Permanent ResidentDesired QualificationsExperience using CAMWorks with SolidWorks for programming CNC machining operations.BenefitsBenefits include medical, dental and vision, life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 3% 401K contribution (no matching required), company eventsSalary RangeSalary range: $35-$40 an hourSonatech is an equal opportunity employer.
