Bookkeeper - Asset Manager (Orange County, Onsite)

A fantastic Bookkeeper opportunity has arisen at an rapidly growing investment firm in Orange County. You will join a small team and take ownership of all management company reporting.The role is 100% in officeResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for the management company and related entitiesProcess invoices, payments, expense reports, bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate recordsMaintain general ledger activity, journal entries and assist with quarter-end close processes and reportingTax support (1099s, state and federal filings)Maintain organized financial records and documentationQualifications:3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within an investment management or financial services firmStrong understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenanceProficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismStrong communication and follow-through skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
