Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience.\nPosition Description\nUsing the ADDIE process, develop a memorandum recommending revision or development of applicable training products to include Distance Learning options, identified and described in TR 350-70 and TRADOC PAM 350-70-series to support OCS training and education annually.\nDevelop applicable OCS training and education products [including interactive media instruction (IMI)] as listed in the TR 350-70 and TRADOC PAM 350-70-series.\nReview ALU OCS Course training products (9E-SI3C/ASI3C/950-ASI3C) to ensure currency and provide recommended changes and updates through the COR and OCS Division Chief to the Course Instructors.\nCollect and provide OCS training development workload data to the COR, to include historical achievements and projections for future workload requirements using TD2 and TRIMIS annually.\nConduct analysis of all OCS-related tasks, products, doctrine, and policy to recommend revision or development of training products for use by the Total Force.\nConduct a Critical Task and Site Selection Board (CTSSB) IAW the process outlined in TRADOC PAM 350-70-1 to develop a Critical Task List, Learning Requirement List, and a memorandum for OCS Division Chief annually.\nConduct an individual task analysis to develop and submit a memorandum to the OCS Division Chief recommending prioritized revision or development of OCS individual tasks annually or as required.\nRevise or develop OCS individual tasks using the processes and tools identified in TRADOC PAM 350-70-1.\nConduct a collective task analysis to develop and submit a memorandum to the OCS Division Chief recommending prioritized revision or development of OCS collective tasks Annually or as required.\nRevise or develop OCS collective tasks using the processes and tools identified in TRADOC PAM 350-70-1.\n\nQualifications\nA Bachelor’s degree is required.\nActive SECRET CLEARANCE is Required.\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in military training development, preferably Army training development with processes and products identified in TRADOC Reg 350-70-1.\nExperience in developing training products or attending training provided for by the contractor on using Articulate Storyline 360.\nMinimum of six (6) years’ experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Pro.\nExperience in OCS is desired.\nA Commitment to Equal Opportunity\nHive Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer dedicated to fair and unbiased employment decisions.
