🚨 Now Hiring: Development Program Manager (Affordable Housing) – Oakland, CA 🚨📍 Oakland, CA 📍9/80 schedule & Calpers We’re hiring a Development Project/Program Manager to support affordable housing production and preservation efforts.This role is ideal for someone who can manage complex deals from site acquisition and entitlements through construction, financing, compliance, and Year 15 LIHTC negotiations — while overseeing third-party developers and protecting public investment.🔑 Key Responsibilities:🏗️ Oversee third-party affordable housing developments from planning through completion📍 Support site identification, acquisition due diligence, and feasibility analysis💰 Underwrite developer funding requests (gap funding, reserves, acquisition funding)📑 Manage NOFAs, RFPs/RFQs, and competitive solicitation processes🤝 Negotiate deal terms, funding agreements, and support transaction closings📊 Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, Board, and HUD🏘️ Support LIHTC Year 15 buyouts, refinancing, and preservation initiatives🌆 Coordinate with city agencies, CEQA/NEPA approvals, and public partners✅ Minimum Qualifications:✔️ Bachelor’s + 3 years affordable housing development experienceOR Master’s + 1 year affordable housing development experience✔️ Strong experience with LIHTC / bonds / California housing finance programs✔️ Valid CA driver’s license required📩 Interested?
