We are a family-owned childcare seeking an experienced and energetic Teacher's Aide to join our Farmington TCH team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in all daily activities Help with art, meals, diaper changes, bathroom, nap, outside time etc... Provide basic care and caregiving activities Play with children during the day Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities when the lead teacher is out Qualifications: Strong understanding of child development ~ preferred Patient, kind, and nurturing Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills First aid/CPR certified Pay range based on experience level o experience necessary, great attitude, willing to learn
