You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways.\r\nTeam Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.\r\nDesign & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong distributed systems background.\r\n3+ years of professional technical leadership experience influencing team technical direction.\r\nAdvanced English is required.\r\nSuccessful completion of a four-year college degree is required.\r\nExpert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (Web API, MVC architectures).\r\nStrong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.\r\nExtensive experience with Entity Framework and Dapper.\r\nStrong distributed systems background with experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.\r\nProven experience designing RESTful APIs and working with HTTP 1/2 standards.\r\nTrack record of building high-scale or regulated systems (healthcare preferred).\r\nProven experience with AWS.\r\nSolid experience with containerization tools such as Kubernetes or Docker.\r\nDeep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and Helm).\r\nExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases.\r\nExperience implementing event streaming solutions using Kafka or Kinesis.\r\nStrong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and modern DevOps practices.\r\nExperience implementing secure authentication and authorization using OAuth/OIDC.\r\nFamiliarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.\r\nAbility to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.\r\nAbility to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.\r\nForensic attention to detail.\r\nA positive mindset and a can-do attitude.\r\nExperience working on Agile/Scrum teams.\r\nMeaningful experience working on large, complex systems.\r\nAbility to take extreme ownership over your work.
