Responsible for facilitating and coordinating workflow activities within the network operations team.\nFunctions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:\nImplementing SAFe Agile practices to streamline workflow processes and enhance operational efficiency.\nUtilizing Microsoft Project and Teams, as well as Azure DevOps board management for effective task tracking and prioritization.\nOverseeing change management processes, process flow enhancements, and task tracking across various platforms such as Project, Azure DevOps board, KanBan boards, and Remedy.\nCollaborating with team members to run and manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.\nImplementation and execution of effective operations support across all sub-tasks to ensure uptime of the client enterprise environment.\nDecrease the likelihood and impact of risks within the environment and focus on implementing innovative, cloud first methodologies for modernizing client’s technical infrastructure with a focus on providing best of breed solutions to our user base and technology partners.\nProvide infrastructure operations and architectural support sufficient to the requirements of the program and will ensure the production of highly technical, detailed, and effective solutions are implemented across the enterprise network and all of its component parts.\nEnsure delivery of technical solutions that meet all the agency’s needs in a timely, cost-effective and transparent fashion.\nAdvises and informs all aspects of the technical implementation within client environment on multiple platforms including on-prem datacenter services, enterprise network environments, Azure cloud and will be expected to do so for all future relevant endeavors.\nWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\n5 years of experience in Workflow Management and Project Coordination within a technical enterprise environment.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nProficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies, Microsoft Project, and Teams.\nExperience in tracking tasks across multiple platforms including Azure DevOps board, KanBan boards, and Remedy.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage projects within a team environment.\nExcellent organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nFamiliarity with change management oversight and process flow optimization.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nWillingness to travel on-site to Boyers or Macon locations as needed.\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.\nWorking Environment & Conditions\nThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.\nThis position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.\nThe incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
