Production SupervisorAdecco is assisting a client in Elizabethtown, NC in hiring a Production Supervisor. If you have experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment and enjoy working hands-on, this could be a great fit.Position SummaryThe Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. This role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.Lead, coach, and support a team of production employeesAssign work, monitor output, and ensure daily goals are achievedAddress production issues in real time to minimize downtimePartner with maintenance, engineering, and other teams to resolve challengesEnforce safety standards and promote a safe work environmentEnsure products meet quality expectations and address defects as neededMaintain production records and shift documentationSupport process improvements and efficiency initiativesAssist with scheduling, timekeeping, and onboarding new team members3+ years of manufacturing or production experiencePrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong understanding of production processes, safety, and quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesGood communication and problem-solving skillsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar systems)Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and noiseStanding for extended periods and occasional lifting requiredFlexibility for overtime or weekend work as needed Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
