Hello Professional,Our client is looking for Java Backend Lead Developer project Austin, TX below is the detailed requirements.Job Title : Java Backend Lead DeveloperLocation : Austin, TXDuration : Full Time Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projectsShould have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.Good Communication.100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
