Anaplan Model Builder
Brief DescriptionPurposeThe Anaplan Model Builder is in a key position to support and optimize existing models as well as help design, build, and implement new Anaplan-based solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated team player to help shape the future of connected forecasting, planning, and data analytics at Roseburg. This role utilizes broad operational data to develop deep insight into manufacturing and distribution processes to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data, enjoys solving complex business problems and possesses the aptitude to work independently.Data is more than stats and numbers to our business, they are a story waiting to be told. From solution design to build implementation, long-term maintenance, and continual optimization, come join the team that is on the forefront of producing the foundation of business analysis for our company.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting and enhancing existing models built during the initial implementation, delivering, and maintaining all model components (lists, modules, actions, UX pages, dashboards etc)Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional modelsResearch data questions that arise from regular usage of the platformProvide support on calculations/logic to address any questions that ariseProactive data stewardship across source systems and AnaplanContinuously enhance your understanding of Roseburg business practices and manufacturing processesPartner with the business to understand user stories and identify new use casesModify existing Anaplan models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality (and develop the associated documentation)Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deploymentModels Company core valuesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or computer scienceAnaplan Model Builder Certification (or an ability to achieve certification within a month of starting)1+ year experience building models with AnaplanAbility to connect multiple data sets together to create and present business analysisExperience with system design, testing, implementation, and end user support/trainingUnderstand PLANS, specifically sustainabilityExcellent quantitative and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail is criticalAbility to work effectively in a team environment as well as independentlyAbility to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensures others are informedAbility to prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely, high quality mannerAbility to adapt to changing priorities of the business and seek out ways to develop new skillsAbility to balance multiple projects and competing prioritiesExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsAgile implementation experienceLevel 2/3 CertificationSummaryAbout Roseburg Forest ProductsFounded in 1936, Roseburg Forest Products is a privately held company based in Springfield, Oregon.
