Working closely with account managers, project managers, installation crews, vendors, and clients, the Project Coordinator helps keep each project organized, documented, and moving forward.The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can manage competing priorities, identify potential issues, and follow through on details in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Glendale, Arizona headquarters.## Key Responsibilities- Support account managers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.- Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, deliveries, and installation activities.- Track orders, project milestones, outstanding tasks, and completion requirements.- Maintain accurate project files, schedules, status updates, and related documentation.- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, internal teams, and field crews.- Coordinate delivery and installation logistics, including schedule confirmations and site-related details.- Monitor order status and help address delays, discrepancies, damaged products, and other project issues.- Escalate risks or concerns promptly and assist with timely resolution.- Update project management systems, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools.- Prepare project updates, basic reports, meeting notes, and action-item lists.- Confirm that required information and documentation are available before deliveries and installations.- Provide on-site or field coordination support to project managers and installation crews as needed.- Assist with project closeout activities and documentation.- Help identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes, communication, and workflow efficiency.- Perform other related duties that support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.## Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and document management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Professional, service-oriented approach when working with clients, vendors, and team members.- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.- Basic understanding of logistics and operations, including delivery planning, installation support, inventory, or order tracking.- Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, collaboration platforms, and common office or project management software.- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.- Ability to work full-time on-site in Glendale, Arizona.- Ability to support project managers and field crews as needed.## Preferred Qualifications- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field.- Previous experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, customer service, or administrative support.- Experience in commercial furniture, construction, interior design, facilities, installation, or a related industry.- Familiarity with furniture ordering, delivery, installation, or project closeout processes.## CompensationThis position offers a **$50,000 annual base salary plus commission**.
