This role plays a critical part in ensuring quality products are produced right the first time.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nRack raw parts for chrome plating according to work instructions\nAccurately identify parts and apply correct racking methods\nVisually inspect materials during handling and report issues such as defects, mislabeling, incorrect counts, missing instructions, or improper racking of materials\nMaintain proper workflow to meet production goals\nWork collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas\nAssist with inspection and de-racking activities as needed\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nRequired Competencies, Skills & Experience\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on first-time accuracy\nPrior manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)\nAbility to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods\nManual dexterity to handle, squeeze, pinch, and rack parts of various sizes\nAbility to work overtime as business needs require\nEducation & Experience Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nWork Environment & Physical Demands\nStand, walk, and move throughout the shift\nUse hands repetitively to handle and rack parts\nLift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds\nTwist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend as required\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nMPC Plating is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
