relevant work experience may be a substitute\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nDemonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite\nExperience with the human resources information system (HRIS) BambooHR or willing to train to learn\nKnowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations;
