environment.\nUses a rolling cart, hand-held scanner, and computer to accomplish tasks.\nAlso performs the following rotating duties as assigned –\nBevels sample material\nPacks and ships sample orders\nStocks shelves with newly labeled and/or beveled material in the warehouse\nLabels sample pieces\nProcesses returned samples\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nPerformance Expectations (if applicable):\nMust be able of picking an average of 120 pieces an hour for the duration of the shift.\nWorking conditions associated with a typical warehouse environment include occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment.\nRetrieving sample items requires almost continual standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.\nFrequent stooping and reaching are also required.\nClose vision is required to read and identify sample items and match them to the order.\nExperience/Education Requirements:\nHS diploma or equivalent is preferred.\nBasic computer skills to enter and retrieve data.\nAbility to read and write and understand sample orders and basic instructions\nBasic math skills required.\nOther Requirements:\nSafety equipment must be worn as required.\nOvertime may be required occasionally.\nAll accidents must be reported immediately.\nResponsible for safety and the quality of his or her own output.\nMust be able to detect shade variation in sample material to
