This is a hands-on role supporting core warehouse functions including picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management. You will be trained and cross-trained in all areas of the warehouse and play a key part in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, learning new systems, and being part of a team-oriented culture.\n\n*What You Will Do*\n\n*Shipping*\n\n* Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using scanners and SAP\n* Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and product condition\n\n*Receiving*\n\n* Receive and inspect inbound shipments using scanners and SAP\n* Verify and document product condition and accuracy\n\n*Inventory*\n\n* Track product movement and inventory adjustments in SAP\n* Assist with stock rotation, bin transfers, and scrap documentation\n\n*Training*\n\n* Rotate through shipping, receiving, and inventory during onboarding\n\n*What We Offer*\n\n* Competitive pay: starting at *$17.00 per hour*\n* *$1,000 retention bonus after 90 days*\n* *Annual bonus opportunity up to 10% of base pay* (bonus eligibility begins in 2027)\n* Monday through Friday schedule, *no weekends*\n* *SAP and warehouse systems training provided*\n* *Cross-training* across warehouse functions\n* *Opportunity for advancement* into lead or supervisor roles as we continue to grow\n* *Full benefits* package including: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, Life insurance, Paid time off, Referral bonuses\n\n*What You Bring* *- Minimum Qualifications*\n\n* High school diploma or equivalent\n* At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience _(two years preferred but not required if you demonstrate strong learning ability and work ethic)_\n* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn SAP and scanner systems\n* Comfort operating pallet jacks, dollies, and ladders\n* Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive movement and standing throughout the shift\n* Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and reliability\n\n*Additional Information*\n\n* This role requires a background check before hire\n* On-site position located in Ogden, UT 84404\n\nMicro-Tech Endoscopy USA is an equal opportunity employer.
