This position requires exceptional professionalism, organization, communication skills, and discretion when handling sensitive, strategic, personnel, and confidential information.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.\nServe as a primary point of contact between leadership and external agencies.\nTrack deadlines, deliverables, and other matters requiring timely completion.\nPrepare, edit, and maintain emails, correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing materials, spreadsheets, and other documents.\nAnswer and respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.\nAttend meetings and conferences and complete follow-up activities as requested by leadership.\nPerform general administrative, clerical, office-management, and data-entry duties.\nScan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic records.\nHandle sensitive personnel documents in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.\nApply military protocols and administrative information-management procedures.\nMaintain productive working relationships with installation personnel, community organizations, and external agencies.\nSafeguard Government information, property, records, equipment, keys, and access credentials.\nMinimum Qualifications\nAssociate degree in any field.\nAt least one year of clerical or data-entry experience in an office environment.\nAt least one year of experience working in a military environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nKnowledge of administrative procedures, office-management practices, records management, and military protocol.\nStrong organizational, customer-service, and deadline-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.\nAbility to exercise sound judgment and maintain absolute confidentiality.\nSecurity and Employment Requirements\nMust be a United States citizen.\nMust successfully complete required criminal, financial, fingerprint, suitability, and national-security background investigations.\nMust be eligible to receive a Common Access Card and access Air Force information systems.\nMust complete required Government orientation, security, privacy, information-assurance, and annual training.\nMust maintain a professional, conservative, and neat appearance consistent with the office’s business-casual dress requirements.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n\nPivot Path Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
