Our Winter employment months are November – April.\n\nThe purpose of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist primary Property Managers in administering best-in-class care to Members’ residences. The duty of the Assistant Property Manager is to aid primary Property Managers in maintaining properties and implementing Yellowstone Club policies, procedures, and systems that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained residence through established management, operations, fiscal policies, and outstanding hospitality. Assistant Property Managers must effectively communicate with teammates, Members, and contractors.\n\nMajor Responsibilities:\nEnsure that each Member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.\nEmpowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.\nUnderstand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact your direct manager, the Director of Property Management, or Human Resources immediately.\nMaintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.\n\nEssential Job Functions:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nCompletion of assigned preventative maintenance and manual labor-oriented tasks as assigned by senior staff.\nEffectively take direction from primary Property Managers and Operation Managers.\nConduct face-to-face meetings with clients.\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with employees and clients via email and phone.\nCultivate and maintain quality relationships with teammates, owners, vendors, and contractors to ensure positive current and future business relations.\nPerform routine inspections of residences to ensure that the homes are in a constant state of readiness.\nAssist in maintaining and delivering specific Member/guest preferences.\nAbility to respond to Member issues and complaints and coordinate responses in a timely and professional fashion.\nEnsure that all work is carried out in a consistent, professional, timely, and cost-efficient manner.\n\nOther Duties and Responsibilities:\nAdhere to and monitor preventative maintenance schedules.\nMaintain proper control of materials, tools, and supplies.\nAbility to effectively assess Member/residence issues and resolve the issue in a professional and timely manner.\nComplete minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting when appropriate.\nQuickly gain the experience and knowledge to detect and remedy warning signs of larger issues.\nMeet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance, and consistency standards.\nTreat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.\nMaintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.\nCommunicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers, directors, & VPs.\nPerform work in a safe and high-quality manner.\nMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
