Technical Program Manager (Data & Integrations)Garden Grove, CA or Carrollton , TX ( 3 days onsite)Duration: 12 Months+OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 10+ years of experience to lead data initiatives, reporting solutions, and system integrations. This role will drive execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams while delivering scalable, high-quality data solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Management• Lead end-to-end delivery of data, and integration programs.• Run daily stand-ups and ensure alignment on sprint goals and deliverables.• Manage and maintain project tracking using Asana.• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution.Data & Reporting (Microsoft Fabric)• Oversee development of data pipelines, analytics, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric.• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization.• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define scalable architecture.System Integrations• Lead and manage integration initiatives using Workato and Azure-based services.• Drive design and implementation of robust integration workflows across enterprise systems.• Ensure reliability, scalability, and monitoring of integrations.Stakeholder & Team Collaboration• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Business Analysts (BAs), and technical teams.• Partner with BAs to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.• Facilitate technical discussions and ensure clarity of scope and deliverables.• Hold teams accountable for timelines, quality, and outcomes.Technology Stack• Cloud & Data Platform:◦ Microsoft Fabric◦ Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Data Factory)• Integration & Automation:◦ Workato• DevOps & Version Control:◦ GitHub◦ CI/CD pipelines (build, release, and deployment automation)• Collaboration & Tracking:◦ Asana◦ Microsoft TeamsRequired Qualifications• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management.• Strong background in data platforms, reporting, and system integrations.• Experience working with Azure ecosystem and integration services.• Hands-on or strong conceptual understanding of:◦ Microsoft Fabric◦ Workato◦ CI/CD and DevOps practices using GitHub• Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in enterprise-scale data transformation programs.• Knowledge of API design, and event-driven architecture.• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.Key Skills• Program leadership and execution• Cross-functional collaboration• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement• Analytical thinking and problem-solving• Agile and Scrum expertise
