Account Manager, Enterprise Tech

Job Description Location: Newton, MA or New York, NY The Enterprise Tech sales team represents the full breadth of Informa TechTarget's brand in demand-product solutions to the technology market. As an Account Manager, you will uncover and expand revenue streams across a comprehensive set of brand, content, demand, and intent offerings to a designated territory of top customers and prospects, focusing on new customer acquisition, client retention, relationship building, and revenue expansion. Essential Job Functions Execute outbound sales motions into the assigned territory Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments Interact with senior-level sales and marketing personnel across target prospect accounts Deliver and articulate Informa TechTarget's value proposition as it relates to prospect goals and objectives Manage and develop relationships with existing clients in the assigned territory Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base Conduct regular client reviews and strategy sessions to ensure satisfaction and alignment Develop and implement account growth strategies Manage renewal processes and ensure client retention Achieve quarterly and annual account-territory quota delivery Qualifications 1-3 years B2B sales experience in media, demand generation, and/or technology marketing solutions Proven success prospecting, expanding, and cross-selling within a territory Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with marketing decision-makers Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously Data-driven and comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) and leveraging intent and analytics platforms Willingness to learn, adopt AI tools, and continuously improve sales and productivity methods Additional Information Informa TechTarget is an equal-opportunity employer.
