Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure optimal software releases in a secure, efficient, and reliable manner.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices with security, fostering a culture where security practices are embedded in all processes.\nSupport cloud infrastructure initiatives using AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, S3, Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), RDS, and Cognito.\nImplement and monitor cloud security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Groups.\nContribute to vulnerability mitigation efforts, incident response handling, and compliance audits.\nManage and monitor infrastructure provisioning in a cloud-native environment, ensuring high system availability and scalability.\nImplement system logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure application health and performance.\nContinuously evaluate system performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and security.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience in DevOps/DevSecOps.\nAt least 3 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud engineering roles.\nExperience with AWS services such as EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Pulumi.\nBasic understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nFoundational understanding of security principles and compliance standards.\nProficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.\nExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.\nDesired:\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks specific to federal agencies (e.g., FedRAMP).\nExposure to Agile methodologies, including working with Scrum teams and understanding agile principles.\nHands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools like DataDog, Splunk, or CloudWatch Logs Insights.\nExperience in implementing DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, secure coding, and compliance automation.\nPrevious experience working with healthcare-related applications or data pipelines in a government context.\n\nTarget salary range: $101,000- $170,000\nDisclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
