Good listener, good transportation, exp. with forklift (A Must) Clean-up around your machine, willingness to extend hours, when necessary, must-read calipers and tape measure and be mechanically inclined.Shift: 2nd 3:30pm-1:30am Monday- ThursdayPay: $18.00 per hourRequirementsPrefer to have at least 2 solid years on Laser: Trumpf, NTC, Mitsubishi, Tanaka, Bystronic, CincinnatiThis is a Trumpf 1040 Fiber (6kw)Mitsubishi XL 6030- 4.5KW CO2Both these machines are CNC LaserMust be able to operate siemens controller (laser)Operate Fanuc controller (laser)Operate window base touch screen controllersPalletizing and tagging jobs as they are cutClean up parts to customer specificationsMust be able to do the following:Read customer and shop printsRead a tape measureReal calipersMust know and understand plate thickness, grades, and material typeOperate Overhead CraneOperate 5,000 to 15,000lb forkliftsMust be able to stand at least 8 hours and bend at the waist and kneesMust be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
