Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.\r\nLocation: Remote\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for cloud-based and on-premises systems\r\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for end users\r\nRespond to and resolve tickets using systems such as Jira or ServiceNow\r\nSupport remote desktop troubleshooting and user assistance\r\nAssist with device provisioning, setup, and configuration\r\nMaintain accurate ticket documentation and resolution notes\r\nTrack IT assets and support inventory management processes\r\nEscalate complex issues to higher level support teams as needed\r\nDeliver strong customer service and clear communication to users\r\nRequirements:\r\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR three years of equivalent experience in IT support\r\nExperience resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets\r\nExperience using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow\r\nExperience with remote desktop support and troubleshooting tools\r\nExperience supporting Windows and macOS environments\r\nFamiliarity with cloud-based IT support tools\r\nStrong customer service and communication skills\r\nDesired Skills and Experience:\r\nExperience supporting enterprise environments\r\nExperience with IT asset tracking and device lifecycle management\r\nExperience providing end-user training or documentation\r\nExperience working in a remote support environment\r\nCertifications:\r\nRequired: None\r\nPreferred: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation Certification, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate\r\nClearance Requirement:\r\nCandidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.\r\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
