Campus Coordinator - Student Leadership & EngagementJob Status: UNTIL FILLED Posting Date: 05/13/2026 Posting Number: 013598 Location: Allen High School Position Title: Campus Coordinator - Student Leadership & Engagement Wage/Hour Status: Exempt Reports To: PrincipalPrimary Purpose:Under the direction of the school principal, plans and provides for appropriate learning experiences for secondary school students in student leadership. Oversees program implementation and development at all secondary campuses. Instructs and supervises students in a variety of school-related settings. Monitors and evaluates student outcomes. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Education/Certification:* Bachelor's degree required* Teacher CertifiedSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Knowledge of the principles and practices of Student Leadership. Knowledge of effective instructional techniques.Knowledge of instructional materials and equipment.Experience in instructing students, supervising students and managing behavior.Experience in preparing and implementing lesson plans.Experience in communicating with students, their parents, administrators, and others.Knowledge of and experience in the use of computers including word processing, database, spreadsheet and email applications.Ability to appropriately maintain confidential information.Experience:None.Major Responsibilities and Duties:Recruit and supervise staff and students involved in all Student Leadership programs.Recruit, train, and oversee Student Section Captains and Student Section Leaders.Serve as a campus and community liaison to support school partnerships and engagement.Support and maintain campus branding initiatives to ensure consistent school identity.Oversee all campus clubs and student organizations, including compliance and program support.Coordinate and manage the annual Back-to-School Bash.Plan, organize, and supervise all campus pep rallies in collaboration with student leadership groups.Manage and maintain campus digital signage/screens to ensure timely and accurate communication.Coordinate and oversee Homecoming activities in partnership with Student Council.Oversee weekly hallway window displays and campus-wide announcements.Manage and support the HelperHelper program to promote student service and involvement.Participate in the Principal's Advisory Team and assist with student leadership initiatives.Oversee campus display cases to highlight student achievements and school events.Provide supervision and logistical support for campus events and activities as assigned.Assist with Prom planning, coordination, and event supervision.Coordinate and support senior checkout procedures and end-of-year processes.Serve as a liaison to the principal, supporting campus initiatives and student engagement efforts.Coordinate and distribute campus "swag" and spirit items to promote school pride.Serve as the UIL Administrator, ensuring compliance and coordination of UIL activities.Manage and maintain the Allen High School website and oversee campus media communications.Coordinate and support Love Week initiatives and student-led campus culture events.Supervisory Responsibilities:Provides feedback to supervising administrator in regard to all program areas including but not limited to staff.Customer Care Skills:Provide professional communication with students, parents, community members, staff and other professionals at all times.Use proper phone etiquette at all times, speaking slowly and clearly.
