In this role, you will assemble electrical control panels, install electrical components, read wiring diagrams and schematics, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Previous manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.Assemble electrical control panels and related components.Mount electrical enclosures, cabinets, and devices.Route and install wiring, cables, and conduit according to UL471, NEMA, and NEC standards.Crimp and connect wires to terminals, plugs, and electrical components.Label and identify completed wiring accurately.Use hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical test equipment.Assist engineering with new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.Train team members as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety policies.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and testing equipment.Experience using hand and power tools in electrical applications.Previous electrical assembly or electrical work experience preferred.Manufacturing experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Company DescriptionElevaIT is a certified and values driven Service-Disabled Veteran owned global staffing and IT professional services firm serving Fortune 1000 clients with customized and scalable workforce solutions.
