This role will support the development and execution of integrated communications programs spanning earned media, influencer and social. The Account Supervisor will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client relationships, leading key workstreams and ensuring campaigns are executed strategically and efficiently across channels. This person will also oversee project timelines, mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful results for clients. Conduct light touch media outreach with high caliber outlets and opportunitiesInfluencer: Manage influencer strategies, including paid and organic activations, ensuring performance aligns with campaign KPIs. Manage contract oversight with input from team members on the necessary services. Social Media: Support the creation of strategies and plans. Lead the execution of social media plans, balancing organic and paid approaches while collaborating across departments on trendjacking, content creation, reporting. KPI, Merchandising & Reporting Data Analysis & Interpretation: Oversee data analysis processes, ensuring insights are accurate and meaningfulStrategic Recommendations: Develop strategic recommendations informed by data to guide client campaignsStakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, data-driven reports and confidently address client questionsGoal Alignment & Performance Metrics: Ensure team efforts remain focused on achieving client KPIs and goalsBenefitsWe offer a growing list of benefits and perks, including:Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (This range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation.
