You will be a part of the Production team working on device manufacturing and inspection.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nSet-up and operate production equipment.\nPerform daily line cleaning and organizing tasks.\nDocument manufacturing procedures on company-issued work orders for lot traceability.\nDevelop the hand-skills and process knowledge to build development devices.\nBuild and train a production team.\nProvide hands-on support for manufacturing technique improvements.\nSupport engineering activities and process validation studies.\nSupport engineering needs to achieve company goals, as required.\nSKILLS / PRE-REQUISITIES\nEngineering degree in mechanical, manufacturing, materials, chemical.\nMinimum three years of experience in an engineering industry/ISO system.\nKnowledge, familiarity, and comfort working in a clean lab environment.\nAbility to read and understand manufacturing procedures, component drawings, and carry out work order instructions.\nFamiliarity with precision measurement tools: microscopes, calipers, snap gauges, rulers, etc.\nKnowledge and comfort working within an engineering quality system.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nStanding, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, light lifting, travel by air/rail/auto, ability to work in controlled clinical and laboratory environments.\nDuring your time here, you will find that we are a small medical device company built on the vision of a world where patients and their loved ones no longer worry about the risk of neurovascular strokes.
