Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks. The Driver will also assist in warehouse operations as needed. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles, including box trucks, safely and efficiently. Perform deliveries and pickups of goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials. Utilize manual transmission vehicles as required. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients. Assist in warehouse tasks such as inventory management and organization. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading purposes. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred; must be able to drive various vehicle types. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds). Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and best practices. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided. Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed.
