This role is essential to ensure seamless program delivery and strengthen our Pharmacy operations.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCoordinate daily activities for pharmaceutical programs and new product launches.\nOrganize and follow up on cross-functional meetings with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement.\nMaintain updated project documentation, timelines, and status reports.\nPrepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.\nCollect and analyze data for business reviews, scorecards, and performance reports.\nProvide client account support by handling routine communications and ad-hoc requests.\nAssist with the preparation of client-facing presentations and materials.\nSupport process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.Competitive salary and full benefits package.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.\nExperience:\n2–3 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or a similar role.\nExperience in healthcare environments preferred (Health Plans, Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Pharmacy, or Pharma Wholesale).\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities.\nCustomer service mindset with a professional communication style.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of healthcare compliance guidelines and policies.\nExperience with data analysis and report generation.\nFamiliarity with pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy operations.\nProject management software experience (Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).\nDatabase management experience.\nInterested?\nDon't wait!
