The company operates with a lean structure and focuses on execution and measurable growth.About The RoleThis role focuses on execution across paid media and outbound growth systems. You will take a defined ICP and messaging and turn it into working campaigns, lists, and funnels that generate qualified leads and conversions.You will own the full workflow, from sourcing prospects to launching campaigns, building email sequences, and optimizing performance based on real results. The role combines paid media, outbound lead generation, and marketing automation.You are not responsible for high-level strategy or social media content. You are responsible for execution, testing, and improving performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Lead Generation and ProspectingProspect Research: Identify ideal customer profiles using LinkedIn Sales NavigatorData Sourcing: Use Apollo or similar tools to extract and enrich contact dataList Building: Create and manage targeted lead lists aligned with ICP criteriaEmail Campaigns: Build and launch outbound email sequences with strong conversion-focused copyDomain Management: Set up and manage domain warming processes to protect deliverabilityMarketing Automation and Funnel ExecutionWorkflow Automation: Connect tools such as Apollo, Pipedrive, and optional tools like Zapier to create scalable workflowsCRM Management: Track and manage leads through Pipedrive or similar systemsLead Routing: Ensure smooth transition from outbound campaigns into CRM pipelinesNurture Campaigns: Build follow-up sequences for leads and trial usersPaid Media ExecutionCampaign Management: Build and manage paid campaigns primarily on Meta Ads Manager, with focus on InstagramBudget Management: Operate efficiently within a small test budget of around $500 per monthA/B Testing: Test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performanceRetargeting: Set up retargeting campaigns for website visitors, leads, and trial users when feasiblePerformance Tracking and OptimizationKPI Tracking: Focus on meaningful metrics such as conversions, booked calls, and qualified leadsReporting: Deliver weekly reports with clear insights and performance trendsOptimization: Continuously adjust campaigns, targeting, and messaging based on resultsMust-have Qualifications3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, outbound marketing, or growth executionStrong experience with Meta Ads Manager, especially Instagram campaigns and retargetingProven experience with Apollo or similar tools for lead sourcing and outbound campaignsExperience with CRM systems such as PipedriveExperience building email sequences and managing outbound campaignsStrong understanding of email deliverability and domain warming practicesExperience with marketing automation tools, including optional use of Zapier or similar solutionsAbility to write effective conversion-focused copy for email and adsStrong analytical skills with focus on real business outcomes, not vanity metricsAbility to work independently and make execution decisions without constant supervisionNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience with Clay or similar data enrichment toolsExperience with SaaS or HR tech productsFamiliarity with tools like Sender or similar email platformsBasic design sense to coordinate with creatives, no design execution requiredWhat We’re Not Looking ForCandidates focused only on strategy without execution experienceSocial media managers without paid media or outbound experienceCandidates who rely on large budgets and cannot operate with small test budgetsCandidates who focus on open rates or clicks without tying results to conversions
