The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis, programming activities including integration with AI and to work closely with the business to deliver technological solutions that drive decision making.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign and deliver scalable, Python-based applications supporting the mortgage trading business, quantitative analytics, workflows and reporting.\nPartner with the business, risk, product and cross-functional technology groups to integrate platforms, identify enhancements and enable new products and process improvements.\nMonitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users\nApply AI and GenAI capabilities to modernize workflows, automate analysis, and unlock new insights in mortgage tech.\nResolve high‑impact, complex initiatives through analysis of business processes, system flows, and industry standards.\nApply engineering standards for coding, testing, CI/CD, debugging, and production readiness.\nServe as advisor or coach to new or junior analysts.\nHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.\nCan exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.\nActs as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.\n\nRecommend Qualifications:\n\n4-6 years of relevant experience\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field\nExtensive knowledge of Python and container orchestration platforms\nExperience in systems analysis and programming of software applications\nExperience in managing and implementing successful projects\nWorking knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods\nAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements\n\nThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
