Real Estate Sales Executive
A company is looking for a Virtual Sales Executive for First Time Buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver marketing-generated sales presentations using screen-sharing technology to convert prospective First Time Buyers
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective First Time Buyers and follow up on referrals and leads
Complete the sales contract process and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale to foster future business opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Private office in the home with necessary computer equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
Two years plus related face-to-face timeshare sales experience preferred
