Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return.\nDuties\nGreet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items.\nTake accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff.\nServe food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.\nUpsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.\nManage guest relations by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns quickly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.\nHandle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations.\nAssist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.\nExperience\nPrevious restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred.\nFamiliarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus.\nExperience in guest services, host/hostess roles, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this position.\nStrong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.\nKnowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is required.\nDemonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide exceptional customer service will set you apart.
