The individual we are looking for is someone who enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.What We Offer$25 per hourAnnual bonusGroup Health, Dental, and Vision plansPet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits401K with employer match up to 4%Paid holidays and paid time offOpportunity for advancementUpbeat and exciting company culture and much more!Responsibilities IncludePerform routine building maintenance, including minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs, and troubleshoot facility issues to complete corrective maintenanceConduct facility inspections and walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and opportunities for improvementExecute and track preventative maintenance programs for building equipment and systemsMaintain tools, equipment, and inventory of facility supplies and spare partsComplete maintenance tasks using drawings, digital work orders, email requests, and verbal instructionsAssist with oversight of remote office facilities, conduct site reviews or virtual walkthroughs, and track maintenance activities across locationsCoordinate vendors and contractors, source vendor quotes, and manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance, services, and improvement projectsSupport facility improvement projects, including office reconfigurations, equipment installations, workspace upgrades, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesMaintain a safe, clean, and functional office environment, coordinate janitorial services, assist with event setups, and respond to employee facility requests and work ordersIdentify safety hazards, support compliance with company safety policies and building regulations, assist with safety initiatives and accident prevention measures, and maintain documentation, including SOPs, maintenance logs, and operational proceduresPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of facilities maintenance, building operations, or facilities management experienceExperience supporting corporate office environments or commercial buildings is preferredExperience coordinating vendors or contractors is preferredExperience supporting multi-site or remote facility operations is preferredRequirementsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to perform basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance tasksAbility to coordinate vendors, contractors, and facility service providersAbility to manage multiple maintenance priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and leadershipProficiency using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or facility ticketing systemsAbility to obtain and evaluate vendor quotes for facility servicesAbility to identify facility safety risks and support compliance initiativesAptive Pest ControlAptive Pest Control provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
