developers.\nMandatory skills\n8+ years of experience in iOS and Android mobile application development, including architecting and developing multiple applications across versions.\nProficient in Swift for iOS development and Kotlin for Android, with deep understanding of language features and best practices for both platforms.\nStrong understanding of iOS UI guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android UI guidelines (Material Design), ensuring apps meet platform-specific design principles.\nExperienced in implementing native libraries using the iOS SDK and Android SDK, including working with frameworks like UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Jetpack components.\nProficient in using storage options such as UserDefaults, Core Data, SQLite (iOS) and Shared Preferences, Room, SQLite (Android) for local data management.\nExperienced in integrating RESTful web services, handling JSON and XML parsing, and managing network requests with URLSession (iOS) and Retrofit, OkHttp (Android).\nExpertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and architecting scalable mobile applications using patterns like MVC, MVVM, MVP, and VIPER for iOS, and MVVM, MVP for Android.\nExperience in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD) for both iOS (using XCTest) and Android (using JUnit, Espresso).\nSolid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications on time.\nStrong experience with Git for source code management, including collaboration in teams using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.\nProficient in debugging and optimizing apps for performance, including memory and CPU usage, on both iOS (using Instruments in Xcode) and Android (using Android Profiler).\nA strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nResponsibilities: -\nDesign, development, and support of various Clinical System Applications.\nWork with Business Analysts to review and understand business requirements and functional specifications.\nCollaborate with middle-tier and database developers.\nParticipate in architecture, design, and code reviews.\nWork with QA and CM teams for code build/releases, test case design, and defect resolution.\nCollaborate as Team Lead/Project Manager/Architect for planning, estimation, documentation, and status reporting.\nMentor junior developers on design and development.\nMaintain excellent communication skills.\nAdapt and contribute to a fast-paced, agile application development environment.\nAdhere to project schedules, proactively resolving or escalating issues to management.\nHealthcare experience is a plus.\n\nGood
