Implements User Stories\nResponsible for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation\nTechnical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming\nUnderstands the business value or function for which the application is designed\nInstructing, directing, and checking the work of other technical team members\nExperience with programming languages and databases including J2EE, Scripting, JSON, SQL\nExperience building scoped applications\nExperience in Integration to other applications\nSkills, Experience and Requirements:\nEducation and Experience:\n1+ years development experience in the ServiceNow platform (in Utah or newer versions)\nExperience in creating workflows in Flow Designer for catalog items and automation efforts\nWorking knowledge of TSM & FSM modules\nExperience in Portal development\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and credential management\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management\nExperience with ServiceNow development tools such as Workflow Editor, UI Policy, Business Rules, and Client Scripts\nKnowledge of ServiceNow APIs and integration methods (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.)\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, system design documents, and test plans\nBenefits:\nWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.\n\nThe base pay range shown is a guideline.
