proprietary data sources, enterprise applications, and human-in-the-loop workflows.Drive the adoption of engineering best practices across AI development, including automated testing, observability, security, reliability, and continuous delivery.Establish technical standards, architectural patterns, and governance controls that enable responsible and scalable AI adoption.Lead initiatives involving agent orchestration, prompt engineering, model evaluation, retrieval systems, and real-time decision support capabilities.Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt while continuously improving AI platforms, infrastructure, and developer productivity.Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation through practical application of advances in AI, machine learning, and software engineering.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with investment teams, business stakeholders, data specialists, and technology organizations to define and deliver AI-driven solutions.Translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions that create measurable business impact.Develop agent-driven workflows that automate sophisticated processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are developed and deployed responsibly.Business & Strategic ImpactBuild strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational priorities, and evolving industry trends.Align technical decisions with organizational strategy, long-term platform goals, and business outcomes.Apply both technical and domain expertise to deliver scalable solutions that generate measurable value for investment and operational teams.Help shape the organization's long-term AI roadmap and strategy.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience designing and delivering enterprise applications using object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering complex software solutions in production environments.Deep expertise designing cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.Strong experience with containerized architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.Proven ability to architect and deliver AI-driven applications from concept through production deployment.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.Strong commitment to engineering excellence, including automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and software quality practices.Passion for mentoring engineers, fostering innovation, and staying current with emerging
