Cashier/Sales Associate

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Duties: - Operate cash registers and POS systems to process sales transactions accurately - Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products or answering their questions - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed - Promote and upsell products to customers - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges - Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed Requirements: - Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales is preferred - Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or retail sales is desirable We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
